A full-song payment is for personal streaming access to one selected Gerard So Great song on GerardSoGreat.com. It is not a purchase of the song, master recording, composition, copyright, catalog, or any commercial rights.
One song at a time
Each payment applies only to the release identified at checkout. It does not unlock the entire Gerard So Great catalog, create a subscription, or include future releases.
Access begins after payment confirmation
When live payments are activated, access will be granted only after the payment processor confirms a successful payment on the server. A browser redirect or screenshot of a checkout page will never be treated as proof of payment.
What access includes
Confirmed access is intended to let the listener return and stream the complete selected song through the Gerard So Great website. The entitlement will be restorable to the listener when the account and payment system is activated.
What it does not include
No download right, resale right, synchronization license, public-performance license, reproduction right, distribution right, ownership interest, transfer right, or permission to upload or commercially exploit the music is included.
Refunds and reversals
If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or determined to be unauthorized, the corresponding streaming entitlement may be suspended or removed, subject to applicable consumer law.
